Frequently Asked Questions

What is mobile personal training?

A personal trainer works with you to build a totally personalized plan for your body and your goals, then coaches you through it.

Mobile means Rachel comes to you with all the equipment, so you can train at a park, a gym or your home.

What does a personal trainer actually do?

There’s truly so much information out there, and it can be challenging to sort through on your own. But we all want to look and feel great in our bodies.

A trainer builds a simple plan that fits your body and your goals. Rachel handles the planning and teaches you good form, so you can focus on showing up and getting strong!

She has her own experience with recovery and hard times and believes that strength training is a unique and complementary approach to improving wellbeing, and she brings that understanding to every session.
